Terms and conditions for using Hindi Pandit Bangalore services including booking, cancellation, and refund policies.
Service Requests
Submitting a form or contacting us through the website is a request for consultation or booking assistance. Final availability, samagri needs, pricing, and muhurat confirmation are shared after direct discussion.
Booking Confirmation
A puja booking is confirmed only after mutual agreement on date, time, dakshina (fees), and samagri arrangements via phone or WhatsApp.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled ceremony. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to partial charges for already arranged samagri.
Refund Policy
Dakshina paid in advance is refundable if the ceremony is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. No refunds are provided for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the ceremony.
Service Delivery
We aim to arrive on time for all scheduled ceremonies. Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
Content Use
All website text, images, and branding are the property of this business. Reproduction or use in a misleading manner is prohibited.
Accuracy
We aim to keep the site accurate and readable at all times, but service details may be updated as rituals, schedules, or offerings evolve.
